We are seeking a motivated individual to join our corporate human resources team as the Organizational Development Manager. The ideal candidate for this role must be results driven and have excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
The Organizational Development Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and have responsibilities for the following:
- Talent Acquisition, Management and Development Processes
- Internal Communication
- Immigration management
- Relocation management
- Internship and Co-op programs
- External vendor management
- Other responsibilities within HR department as required, including employee relations, training, development of written communications, audits, policy and procedure development and implementation, and general human resources administrative duties
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in recruiting and training and development is experience preferred
- Understanding of major HR processes and procedures such as interviewing, training, job documentation, employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, staffing, employee development, safety and health, and legal and corporate compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external stake holders
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skill with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SharePoint experience is a plus
- Successfully work in a fast paced environment and able to deal with ambiguity and change
