We are seeking a motivated individual to join our CPR - Clear Path Recycling site's Maintenance team based in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Planner position will be results driven and motivated by challenges; they will use excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills to schedule maintenance programs and processes for their production facility, ensure the efficient operation of machinery and mechanical equipment, and minimize disruptions to production. 

Responsibilities

 The Maintenance Planner will be reportable to the Maintenance Manager and have responsibilities within the following key areas:
  • Schedule relevant planned repair/preventative/predictive engineering and maintenance work activities into the production plan
  • Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work
  • Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to schedule manpower and outside resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcome
  • Manage the work order system – create, enter, issue and track
  • Responsible for the up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history
  • Work with the maintenance group and vendors to ensure the necessary parts are on hand
  • Support process improvement initiatives in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience in an industrial environment
  • Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Project management and capital project experience preferred
